In a luxurious Villa kitchen, the Resort’s chefs du cuisine lead hands-on preparation courses with wine pairings every Thursday evening in February. On February 6, Andrea Ristorante Chef Marco Criscuolo adds a touch of Italian romance to cooking simple, delicious homemade pasta with veal piccata, plus Italian wine pairings and handmade sweets for your special Valentine!
