Yoga Sculpt is for anyone looking to break a sweat, challenge themselves and achieve a higher state of health and fitness. A fusion of Vinyasa Yoga while incorporating weights, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and cardiovascular fitness. Expect flow, core work, and strength conditioning exercises.
