Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- To avoid penalty, reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled tee time. No Shows will be charged the full guest fee amount for the number of players in the reservation to the credit card on file or the member account.
General Club Information
- Driving Range: The driving range is available for warmup prior to the round only and is included in the guest fee. It is not available for practice sessions. On Tuesdays the driving range will not open until 9 AM.
- Golf Car Usage: In order to operate a golf car at Pelican Hill the driver must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age for players, riders and spectators at Pelican Hill Golf Club is 5 years of age. Additionally, all children should be chaperoned by an adult at the golf facility.
- Forecaddies: Pelican Hill Golf Club offers optional forecaddie service. To make forecaddie arrangements or obtain more information about the program, please call 888/ 507-6427.
Reduced Rate Rounds
- Twilight Rounds: Guests are not expected to finish 18 holes when starting play at the Twilight rate.
Parking
- Valet parking is complimentary for Members at Pelican Hill Golf Club.
- Valet for non-members is $50.
- Valet is $25 with proof of purchase and validation.
- Self-parking is complimentary.
