Taylor Raven
Mezzo-soprano
Admired as a “vocal sensation” from the Washington Classical Review, Taylor Raven has swiftly established herself in the many facets of opera and concert performance. Her expansive debut roles have continuously earned her critical acclaim. Commencing her 2022-23 season, Raven debuted at the San Francisco Opera for the world premiere of Antony and Cleopatra as Charmian. She also played Sister Mathilde in Dialogues des Carmélites and performed in La Traviata as Flora. Looking towards the 2023-24 season, Raven will return to the San Francisco Opera as Fatima/Omar’s Mother in Rhiannon Giddens and Michael Abels’ Omar and then will travel to the Seattle Opera as Rosina in Rossini’s Il Barbiere di Siviglia.

David Blalock
Tenor
Tenor David Blalock has performed over 40 roles since debuting with the Santa Fe Opera in 2013 as Bertram in La Donna del Lago. He’s received increasing acclaim for his beautiful lyric tone and varied repertoire. Commencing his upcoming 2023-24 season, Blalock will debut at the Newport Classical Music Festival in Rhode Island in July for an already-sold-out evening performance of Così fan tutte. In the past, Blalock has performed leading roles and concerts with the Atlanta Opera, Lyric Opera of Kansas City, Virginia Opera, Fort Worth Opera, Opera Hong Kong, San Francisco Symphony, Shanghai Symphony, Pacific Symphony, and The Minnesota Orchestra, among others.

Jocelyn Dueck
Pianist
Known for her captivating classical interpretations of new music, and commissioning works from various accomplished composers, Jocelyn Dueck has accumulated great success in her career. With a doctorate in Collaborative Piano, her recital tours have taken her all over the world resulting in several grants, honors, and awards. In her past education ventures, Dueck has served on multiple commended faculty including The Juilliard School, Bard College, Manhattan School of Music, Mannes School of Music, and New York University. Now, this classically-trained pianist and coach is coursing contemporary methods of characterizing, analyzing, and describing units of sound.

Samantha Hankey
Mezzo-soprano
Applauded for her “beautiful tone, immaculate prosody & queenly authority,” by the Opera News, Samantha Hankey gained prompt success in the sonorous world of opera. Her elegant and youthful tone has become a notable quality of Hankley’s performances as has her unwavering vitality and dramatic flair. Hankey has appeared in countless world premieres including productions with Opera Philadelphia and The Metropolitan Opera gaining a downpour of admiration from the press. As part of her 2021-22 season, the artist made her role debut as Prince Charming in the Metropolitan Opera’s production of Cinderella. This season, Hankey returns to the Metropolitan Opera as Stéphano in Roméo et Juliette, a globally televised production.

Andrew Stenson
Tenor
Praised for his “vivid tenor that is both beautiful and full of raw feeling,” by the Wall Street Journal, tenor Andrew Stenson is a graduate of The Metropolitan Opera’s Lindemann Young Artists Program: an unparalleled training program created to prime supremely talented singers in the art of classical opera. Stenson’s largest personal success to date has been with Lyric Opera of Chicago as Gen Watanabe in the global premier of Bel Canto, a production televised on PBS. Guiding his ever-expanding career is Stenson’s core belief that “Everything you do should be in service of storytelling.”
