On-Site Photography Policy

The Resort at Pelican Hill is private property. Please be informed that professional or group photography is not permitted at the Resort at any time. Professional photography is restricted to Resort guests with prior written approval. Guests may not come with a photographer, professional photography equipment, or personal photography equipment, including cell phones, without prior written approval from the Resort. This policy applies to social media influencers, student groups, proposals, and celebrations including birthdays. To inquire about approval for photography please contact the Marketing at least 10 days prior to the event and include your reservation confirmation: [email protected].  

Resort guests wishing to capture personal celebrations in a public space or venue, including proposals and proposal photography, engagement photography, and birthday or celebration photography, must be contracted in advance as a private event through Catering: [email protected]. Drone photography is not allowed without a comprehensive agreement that specifies insurance and operator requirements.
