Concierge

At the Concierge Gallery, you will be able to virtually experience all the luxurious activities found at the Resort on 48″ monitors. Whether you desire dinner reservations, planned excursions or perhaps something you may not have thought of, your Concierge will personally create and plan your stay at the Resort so your experience exceeds your vision.

Butler

Each Villa is assigned a Butler to thoughtfully take care of the details that create the perfect escape and to ensure you receive service beyond your expectations. Your Butler can unpack for you or provide the perfect pillow. For returning guests, your Butler can arrange to have your Villa prepared with family photos. Anything to ensure your stay is simply unforgettable.

Crafting the perfect experience begins with our Guest Experience Team. It is their desire to leave no stone unturned and to graciously handle any special requests you so desire. Whether that’s meeting certain dietary restrictions, securing your favorite table each night or planning a special occasion, our team ensures that your stay at the Resort is planned the exact way you have envisioned. As a Villa guest, you will receive a fully customized itinerary upon your arrival. Our team will be happy to arrange the following:

In-Villa Dining

Indulge in a sumptuous dining experience right in the comfort of your Villa residence. With advance notice, your In-Villa personal dining experience can be arranged to entertain family and friends.

Our Catering Manager can provide you with gourmet choices of appetizers, entrées and desserts or a custom menu can be crafted by our Executive Chef for a more specialized experience. For information on In-Villa Private Dining minimums, please contact 949.467.5291. For smaller parties, the In-Room dining experience is also available.

Our guests have found that a Villa Extended Stay is the perfect solution for a long vacation or a variety of home transitions, such as; home renovation, restoration due to water or fire damage, a job relocation or any other short-term housing need.
