YOUR CONCERNS
Please advise the Spa staff of any medical conditions or concerns that may affect your treatment selections. Some services are not recommended for guests who have hypertension,  are pregnant or who may have other specific conditions.

YOUR SATISFACTION
After your visit to the Spa, we invite you to share the experiences you most enjoyed and the people who most impressed you on our Spa Comment Card.

OUR FACILITIES
The Spa at Pelican Hill® includes 22 private treatment rooms, a full-service salon and ample areas for relaxation. Our Acqua Colonnades, featuring eucalyptus steam rooms, saunas and soaking tubs, are complimentary to guests receiving massage and facial services.

SPA RESERVATIONS
Spa reservations may be made through Resort reservations. We suggest that treatments are booked well in advance. We request a 24-hour notice to cancel or change a Spa reservation. Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the treatment total, and no-shows will be charged in full.

SPA ARRIVAL
We invite you to check in 30 minutes prior to your scheduled services to relax in our Acqua Colonnade and prepare for your treatment. Late arrivals will result in an abbreviated service.

GRATUITIES
Service providers and support staff will receive gratuities through our 20% service charge, which is added to the treatment total.

SPA COURTESIES
The Spa at Pelican Hill is a place for natural connection, either with oneself or among friends and family. We request you “unplug” during your visit by turning off all mobile phones and refraining from their use in locker areas and Acqua Colonnades. Spa lounges are considered quiet areas, so please be mindful.

VALUABLES
The Spa at Pelican Hill® accepts no responsibility for loss of valuables and jewelry at any time within the Spa premises.

MINIMUM AGE
Our Spa treatments and facilities are available to guests 18 years of age and older. Fitness facilities are available to guests 16 years of age and older with parental consent and presence. Salon services are available to guests of all ages with parental consent and presence.

GIVING SPA
Spa gift cards are available in any denomination for the perfect way to treat a loved one and share the spa spirit.

*Five (5) pack 60 minute Hydrafacial series must be purchased directly with The Spa at Pelican Hill® to receive the sixth (6th) Hydrafacial complimentary by January 31, 2023, 6:00 pm PST. Series is for individual purchase and non-transferrable and must be used by December 31, 2023. Black out dates may apply. Not redeemable or refundable for cash value. Offer may be changed or canceled at any time at the sole discretion of the Resort. Offer may not be combined with any other offer, package, promotion or amenity inclusive program.
