Christmas Day 4-Course Dinner at Coliseum

A celebration of the season, this elegant menu features pear and persimmon salad followed by scallops and your choice of an entrée including filet mignon, New Zealand rack of lamb, or vegetarian trofie pasta. Dessert is a classic Italian treat, tronchetto di natale, a rich sponge cake rolled with cream, amarena cherry, and pistachio crunch.
