For brides, grooms and their parents, as well as anyone who wishes to polish their dining and social etiquette, this fun and interactive program features wedding etiquette traditions, favorable first impressions, gracious hosting, written correspondence, domestic and continental fine dining, and a special spa etiquette talk and tour. Enjoy Prosecco and hors d’oeuvres, followed by dinner and dessert, including tips for wedding cake cutting as a couple.

Designed for junior golfers ages 12-18, this Academy prepares intermediate and advanced players from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. for tournaments, competitive rounds, high school team play and entry-level Southern California PGA tour events. Led by Certified Golf Instructor Tim Mitchell, PGA, instruction clinics focus on different aspects of the game, including putting, full swing, pitching and chipping, shot shaping, tournament preparation and more. Students should be able to score under 45 (boys) and under 50 (girls) for nine holes. Class size is limited to 5 students per clinic.

Get the whole family together at Pelican Grill for a spread foodies of all ages can enjoy—especially Dad. From 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., we’ll be grilling up traditional favorites along with an á la carte brunch menu, created by Chef Luke specifically for the occasion. Coliseum Pool & Grill invites Dad to take a break from this grill this year and spend more time around the table with the whole family.
