2024 will mark the 8th year that Robb Report convenes the nation’s brightest culinary minds for a luxurious epicurean retreat. Gather with fellow RR1 Members and flavor-seekers from across the world to savor extraordinary wine-paired meals, learn from our Culinary Masters and Robb Report editors, and soak in the cliffside paradise that is The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach.

Daily Itinerary:

7:00 – 11:00 AM  – Breakfast at Leisure 
Enjoy the breakfast at the Coliseum Pool & Grill. (Breakfast at the pool is included in the Full Experience package.)

11:00 AM – 2:00 PM – Cooking Class & “Iron Chef” Competition Led by Chef Angie Mar
Don your apron and sharpen your culinary prowess as your team works to create a course under the personal instruction of a Robb Report Culinary Master. Last year’s course was a Triple Seared NY Strip Loin with Egyptian Pepper Sauce! Which chef’s team will be crowned the 2024 winner?

2:00 – 3:30 PM – Spirits Tasting/Mixology Class
A blend of education and indulgence, elevate your appreciation of spirits in this immersive tasting and expert-led class.

4:00 – 4:30 PM – Fireside Chat with Culinary Master and Robb Report Culinary Editor
A rare opportunity to delve into the minds of culinary masterminds!

7:00 – 10:00 PM – Closing Night Barbecue Festival Dinner
As the sun sets on our final evening, the festivities reach a joyous zenith. Feast on a sumptuous buffet and savore the smoky allure of a gourmet barbecue dinner.
