Discover locally curated holiday gifts at our Italian-inspired Mercato. Explore designs from Luna Reece Ceramics, Sanlejeur Jewelry, Cliko Pressed Floral Design, and Nat + Nik Artisanal Soaps and more. Sample sweet and savory bites from Gelatissimo, Sugared and Iced, and Picnic Grazing Co.
Wreath-making Class
Saturday, 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Daily Blooms Farm is bringing beautiful wreaths and florals for this special holiday class. Guests will create an 18-inch wreath that is perfect to gift or display. Enjoy light bites and bubbles (21+).

Mimosas & Charm Necklaces
Sunday, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Daily Blooms Farm leads guests in selecting from an assortment of delicate chains and complementing charms to create custom gifts that you will want to gift and get. Guests select a chain and then choose their charms for an individualized piece. A mimosa bar adds to the festive experience. This experience is on flow, so guests can arrive throughout the timeframe to create their special piece. Prices vary with selections.
Gingerbread Class
Sunday, 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Local baker Sugared and Iced guides guests in creating expertly decorated gingerbread houses in this engaging class. Each house is intended for up to two guests (perfect for families, friends, or couples) and features a deluxe candy kit for decorating. Guests will enjoy cookies, candies, and bubbles (21+).

Holiday High Tea & Songs of the Season
11am-1pm, 3pm-5pm
Holiday High Tea & Songs of the Season is an inspired celebration of culinary and vocal artistry. Guests will delight in the festive atmosphere of the Great Room, a custom tea menu of sweet and savory bites paired with Perrier Jouet champagne and premium tea, accompanied by an exquisite performance of holiday classics by world-class vocalists Deanna Breiwick and Brian Vu, accompanied by pianist Jocelyn Dueck.

Santa Story Time
Sunday, 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Join Santa for storytime and the chance to whisper your wish list. Complimentary for Resort and Local Guests. Ages 2+ are welcome and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

A lavish holiday feast inspired by Italy, guests will enjoy a curated selection of traditional dishes and all-day dining favorites. Begin with a freshly made omelet or creamy avocado toast. Enjoy pristine seafood at the raw bar featuring oysters, snow crab, and lobster. An expansive grazing table offers an array of cheese, cured meats, and preserved vegetables, perfect bites before savoring the deluxe carving table. The kids buffet and dessert room ensure guests of all ages delight in Christmas dining.

Pelican Grill
Wednesday, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
An elegant presentation of traditional and contemporary favorites, Pelican Grill showcases a sophisticated Christmas dining experience. Guests may opt to begin their day with fluffy pancakes and homemade French toast. Or, a caviar trolley makes for a celebratory beginning to the meal, followed by a lavish presentation of pristine seafood, garden-fresh salads, artisanal cheeses and charcuterie. Savor black truffle risotto before trying the delicacies at the Butcher’s Block like Wagyu Zabuton. Savory sides complement each dish. An array of desserts is the perfect finale for this memorable meal.
