Brunch Buffet at Pelican Grill
Experience an elevated brunch experience this Mother’s Day. Start with a taste of caviar before perusing the pristine raw bar and sushi bowl station. Filet mignon, pork tenderloin, and Chilean sea bass are all perfectly prepared. Made to order omelettes, fresh from the oven bread, charcuterie and a tempting dessert station make this the ideal destination for those seeking an elegant celebration.

Brunch Buffet at Andrea
Join us for a celebration of seasonally inspired flavors and sweeping views. Ideal for families and larger groups, the Andrea Mother’s Day brunch showcases stations for farm fresh eggs, yogurt parfaits, artisanal toasts, charcuterie, and poke to let you craft customized dishes that suit your tastes perfectly. Freshly prepared salads and a carving station are the perfect complement to this abundant buffet. A dedicated kids buffet features a delicious array of classics to delight tiny taste buds.

Robb Report Culinary Masters
2024 will mark the 8th year that Robb Report convenes the nation’s brightest culinary minds for a luxurious epicurean retreat. Gather with flavor-seekers from across the world to savor extraordinary wine-paired meals, learn from our Culinary Masters and Robb Report editors, and soak in the cliffside paradise that is The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach.
May 17, Friday
After a 4pm check in at our resort, join a welcome reception beginning at 6:00pm in camaraderie and anticipation for an elegant evening and exciting silent auction, enjoying world-class canapés from one of the Culinary Masters. At 7:00 pm the doors open to the grand Gala Dinner, where each course is prepared by a different Culinary Master to create a symphony of flavors and influences, all meticulously crafted.
May 18, Saturday
The second day includes breakfast at our iconic Coliseum Pool & Grill from 7:00am – 11:00am. A cooking class and “Iron Chef” competition precedes at 11am as your team works to create a course under the personal instruction of a Robb Report Culinary Master. Following the class, a blend of education and indulgence from 2:00pm – 3:30pm, in an immersive tasting and expert-led class with Liber Pater, the world’s most expensive wine. Closing the night with a sunset celebration at 7:00pm, a sumptuous selection of Michelin-chef prepared barbecue, pizza, tacos, and other outdoor favorites with an elevated touch.

For the final morning, a 9:30am, transfer will bring guests to Lugano Diamond’s state-of-the-art salon in Newport Beach for a champagne brunch, immersing yourself in diamonds for a special culinary experience.

Experience the piano virtuosity of GKO. The LA-based artist is a Young Steinway Artist and recipient of the Harvard David McCord Prize for exceptional musical talent and creativity. Refreshments are available for purchase at The Great Room Bar.
