How may we assist you?

For guests looking to make Pelican Hill® their home away from home, we offer competitive lower rates for stays of 14 or more consecutive nights. Additionally, extended stay guests over 30 nights are eligible to receive a full refund of the 10.25% transient occupancy (hotel) tax assessed to your guest room.

Pelican Hill® welcomes up to two well-mannered, house-trained, disease-free dogs per Bungalow or Villa. Other pets, including but not limited to cats, birds and reptiles, may not stay at or visit the resort.

Prior to arrival, a Pet Agreement must be signed and a non-refundable fee will be assessed to cover the costs of deep-cleaning following a pet’s visit. For more information about our pet policy, click here.

Each Villa includes access to a private one- or two-car garage, included in the Resort Fee.

For a turnkey experience, your Villa is fully furnished, including a gourmet kitchen equipped with cookware, small appliances, dishes, glassware, silverware, Wolf appliances, Sub Zero refrigerator and wine cabinet.

A washer and dryer is conveniently located in each villa, along with all utilities. If you wish, additional flatware, china and glassware is available for a small fee.

Licensed real estate professionals are eligible to earn a 5% commission and IATA accredited travel advisors earn a 10% commission on Extended Stay contracts, to be issued upon the guest’s departure.
