Yin Yoga

Start your day invigorated by Yin Yoga and the view. Moving with your breath, this practice flows between a sequence of poses for a mental and physical workout. Inhale the scent of salt air and rosemary to clear your mind and energize your spirit. Sanitized mats and towels will be provided.
Location: Event Lawn
Complimentary. Must be a registered Resort guest to participate. In the event of rain, class will be automatically moved to the Fitness Center located at Spa. Feel free to confirm with Spa the day of at 949.438.2355.
Please note there is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all fitness classes. If you are unable to attend and do not cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged a $25.00 no-show fee. Thank you for your understanding.
