Yoga Sculpt is for anyone looking to break a sweat, challenge themselves and achieve a higher state of health and fitness. A fusion of Vinyasa Yoga while incorporating weights, HIIT (high-intensity interval training), and cardiovascular fitness. Expect flow, core work, and strength conditioning exercises.

Complimentary. Must be a registered Resort guest to participate. Ages 12+ welcome. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
