Our passion for authentic Italian cooking runs deep at Andrea. We start each day by hand rolling more than a dozen fresh pastas, simmering scratch-made sauces and tossing together only the most seasonal ingredients to create original dishes with a fresh point of view. Our menu is focused, but not overly complicated, so every dish that hits your table feels a lot like a warm welcome to our Italian home.

Our one-of-a-kind temperature-controlled pasta room is the perfect setting to whisk, knead and roll 17 different kinds of pasta dough every day, including gluten-free options and seasonal favorites like spinach and pistachio.
A Tableside Tradition
Order our popular traditional risotto during dinnertime, and we’ll serve it up tableside in a giant cheese wheel. Each half-wheel of parmigiano-reggiano is imported from Italy and weighs in at about 45 pounds.
Wine Program
Our extensive wine list has over 350 selections with an emphasis on Italian and California varietals, including over 30 wines-by-the-glass selected to perfectly complement our seasonal menus. Special selections include local favorites and carefully chosen vintage ports. This award-winning wine program has been recognized by Wine Spectator Restaurant Wine List Awards.

The calming effect of a gorgeous Newport Beach sunset never gets old. And if you’re looking for the best seat in town, Andrea Bar is the place to be. Find a cozy spot next to the arched floor-to-ceiling windows to soak in the stunning ocean views, or pull up a chair around the circular bar to catch up on the latest sports action or ask our Bartenders what cocktails they’re featuring on their underground menu.
I had the prosciutto and pear salad which was fresh and light; the prime filet mignon was very tender and nicely cooked; and the panna cotta with seasonal fruit was a nice ending to a decadent lunch.
